Dr. Syed Kaleem Imam is an officer of police Service of Pakistan, with 33 years of service. Academically he is PHD in Politics & International Relation, has done LLM from SOAS & Masters in Philosophy.

He has been appointed as Federal Secretary Narcotics Control Division on 1st November, 2021. In his illustrious career He has distinctly served as IGP Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, and twice in National Highways and Motorways Police.

At International Level he has served in three UN Missions, i.e as Chief of operations in Mozambique; Planning Coordinator in Liberia and Police Commissioner in Darfur, Sudan.

He has been conferred three UN Peace Medals, two gallantry awards i.e Quaid-i-Azam Police Medal and President Police Medal besides the "Tamgah-i-Imtiaz" for his distinct National Service.

He has experience of working in conflict areas, managing large organisations. His leadership and motivation have systemized police working and has left indelible marks especially in community policing, raising organization proficiency for better service delivery.

In nutshell he is a Law Enforcer, Academician, Security Analyst and UN Peace Keeper.
